Make a claim

In the event of a claim, you need to fill out a claim form and provide supporting materials such as proof of ownership of the bicycle or a police report documenting theft.

To lodge a claim, please follow these steps:

1. In the event of theft or malicious damage to your bicycle, please contact the police and report the incident immediately.
2. Notify us of your loss immediately.
3. Fill out the claim form.

1. Submit the claim form along with any support information (like a police report, for example) to the Velosure claims department as soon as possible:
